By Taxi

The easiest way to get to GITEX AFRICA 2025 from Marrakech Airport if you are unfamiliar with the city is to take a taxi. The price for a taxi ride from the airport to the centre of Marrakesh is about MAD 100. Visit the Marrakech Menara Airport Transportation page for information on taxi services

There is limited parking onsite and around the venue, please follow the site directional signage that will be in place for the event.

Public Transport

The official currency unit of Morocco is the Moroccan dirham (DH) which is an abbreviate of (MAD).

In establishments that do not give the possibility to pay by credit card, it is preferable to pay in dirhams. The best places to change your currency are the exchange offices that are located in the tourist squares of each city in Morocco. You can change your currency at the airport or in hotels as well.

As a general rule, all services and sales operations performed and used in Morocco are subject to VAT, even if the service provider or/and the customers are a non-resident company. Services rendered in Morocco are subject to VAT at the rate of 20%.
